LocoRobo Innovations Inc. accepts purchase orders and check payments from educational institutions. To request a quote or W9, please contact us.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy.

In order for your LocoRobo products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the products were purchased from LocoRobo in the last 90 days. Returned items should be in resalable condition and must be returned in original packaging. Products which have been opened are subject to a 20% restocking fee that is to be deducted from the refund.

The following conditions are not covered on this return policy:

  1. 1. Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  2. 2. Product parts which are, after delivery, according to their nature or otherwise, inseparably mixed with other items.
  3. 3. Product parts which, after delivery, contain any hardware (aesthetic, electronic, or structural) or software modifications.
  4. 4. Products which, after delivery, have been assembled
  5. 5. Products which, after delivery, have operated with any procedure or software other than the procedures and software provided by LocoRobo

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your purchased products to LocoRobo. Please email support@locorobo.co to notify us about your return and our team will provide a return address and all associated logistics.

We cannot be held responsible for products that have been damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.
